Before We Continue

Please carefully consider the following questions.

If you can say yes to all of these then you can be reasonably sure that you will receive a positive home study.

If you answered “no” to any of the astericks questions, that does NOT necessarily mean that you don’t qualify!  Just call us on the phone so that we can discuss the situation as most often there is a way to still grant an approval.

  • We are both US citizens or at least one of us is a US Citizen.
  • We have both been legal Florida residents for 6 months.
  • *We have never had children removed from our home or family. 
  • *We have never failed a previous home study or disapproved for adoption or custody.
  • *We have never had a significant mental or physical health problem.
  • *We have never had a  financial bankruptcy.
  • *We have never been arrested or had a criminal conviction.
