Before We Continue
Please carefully consider the following questions.
If you can say yes to all of these then you can be reasonably sure that you will receive a positive home study.
If you answered “no” to any of the astericks questions, that does NOT necessarily mean that you don’t qualify! Just call us on the phone so that we can discuss the situation as most often there is a way to still grant an approval.
- We are both US citizens or at least one of us is a US Citizen.
- We have both been legal Florida residents for 6 months.
- *We have never been investigated by the Department of Children and Families.
- *We have never had children removed from our home or family.
- *We have never failed a previous home study or disapproved for adoption or custody.
- *We have never had a significant mental or physical health problem.
- *We have never had a financial bankruptcy.
- *We have never been arrested or had a criminal conviction.

A Step Closer
Step 1: Fill Out the Form
Fill out the Prospective Client Information Form. This information will allow us to do two things:
- Enter you into our system
- Send you important documentation
Step 2: Give Us A Call
Once you have filled out the form, you will need to have an over-the-phone Interview to pre-qualify you for the prospective home study.
Step 3: Schedule A Home Study
While on the phone, we will schedule a date for the home study.
